• Once Opportunity is closed there are work to be done by different team like Services Technical, Legal but there is no way to handle this.
• Unable to track progress on the work being done.

• Designed custom solution based on salesforce native features and components.
• It allows user to raise deal support request to different teams using simple self-guided interface.
• Requests were generated and respective teams were notified in real time.
